Booking Information

No Booking / Online Fees
We have completely scrapped all of our internet transaction fees. Regardless of how you choose to pay, we don’t implement any booking, internet or postage fees.

To book online: Find the event you wish to book for via our whats-on page, click 'Read More' then scroll down to the 'Book Tickets section' and click on Book.  

Seating Plans

Theatre / Dance Events
Events that are held in the Nuffield Theatre tend to be unreserved seating (i.e. you are not allocated an exact seat number).

Concerts
However for events held in the Great Hall (mainly our Concerts programme) the seats are reserved and you will be allocated a seat number.  You can select your exact seat preference when you book online or call the box office.  See seating plan below:

Concessions:
A 10% concession discount (on Standard & 24 Web Saver tickets only) applies to senior’s (over 60s) unemployed / disabled people / wheelchair users (essential companions). We also have a separate rate for under 26s.

ID will be required on collection of tickets – therefore advance concessions tickets must be collected in person.

24 Web Saver Tickets
Our 24 Web Saver tickets are on sale until 24 hours before the start of the performance / event.  After this time 'standard' rate tickets will be available via the web site or by calling 01524 594151.

Payment
Whether you book online or in person, we accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express or Diners Cards.

Refunds and Exchanges
There is a no-refund policy unless a performance has been cancelled. Exchanges may be offered if the box office is contacted more than 24 hours in advance.  Please note all 24 Web Saver tickets are non refundable. We are unable to reserve seats without payment.

Group (School) Bookings
Special ticket deals are available for groups including school parties. Please contact the box office on 01524 594151 for further information.

Box Office Location
The Box Office can be found within the Peter Scott Gallery.

Accessibility
All our venues are fully accessible including nearby car parking spaces (see map opposite).  We have hearing loop systems in the Box Office, Great Hall and the Nuffield Theatre.  Guide / assistance dogs are welcome in the foyer and auditoria.

Patrons including: wheelchair users, registered disabled and essential companions are now able to book tickets directly online should they wish to do so.

Opening Hours

Box Office Opening Hours
Our box office is only open Monday - Friday 11am – 5pm, and until the start of evening performances. An answer-phone operates outside of these times.

Gallery Opening Hours
The Peter Scott Gallery is open during exhibitions Monday to Friday, 11am – 5pm and Saturday 11am – 4pm.

Cafe/Bar Opening Hours
Our cafe/bar sited in the Great Hall is open (during the Autumn and Spring terms) from 9am - 4pm daily and an hour before and after any Live at LICA performance.
