North By West: LICA Fine Art Degree Show 2013

Three years of Fine Art undergraduate practice within LICA (Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts) has cultivated and challenged these students to become informed practitioners whose work is now exhibited at their degree show: North By West.

This diverse group of artists have a range of equally varied work to showcase, which blurs the boundaries of traditional methods of practice via innovative approaches and thorough questioning. A conclusion to three years of constant development, the show promises to be a rich embodiment of work; highlighting the dedication and dynamism of its producers. Individually, the art works are interesting, alluring and evocative, but the culmination of them all makes for something really exciting.

The show commences with a private view on Tuesday 18th June at the Peter Scott Gallery which will stretch into the art studios and the LICA building. The exhibition continues until Wednesday 26th June.
