The orchestra return to Lancaster with renowned British actor David Threlfall (Channel 4's Shameless) as narrator for a performance of William Walton's Henry V.

2. Heroines by Clara Mouriz & Joseph Middleton (7.11.13)
This programme is inspired by women of distinguished courage, ability and noble qualities explored through song in quasi-operatic settings for voice and piano.

3. Strange Harmony of Love by I fagiolini (30.1.14)
I Fagiolini is a British solo-voice ensemble specialising in Renaissance and contemporary music.

4. Quartetto di Cremona (6.2.14)
The Quartetto di Cremona are renowned for their mature and lyrical sound, something which is, in part, due to the set of magnificent Cremonese instruments which they are privileged to perform on.

5. Retorica Violin Duo (6.3.14)
The violin duo, Retorica, have brought together a dynamic palate of works, including the spectacular Handel/Halvorsen duo and works by both the great Sergei Prokofiev and the premiere of a new work by his great grandson, Gabriel.

Award-winning experimental vocal trio Juice and jazz/classical quintet Tangent present a programme drawing from classical, world music, jazz, folk, pop, improvisation and theatre.

The Fidelio Trio is one of the leading international piano trios playing a diverse range of classical and contemporary music

4. Retorica Vioin Duo (6.3.14)
